Urgent Notice on First Term Exam

Dear Parents,

Assalamu Alaikum. You will agree that the smooth functioning and administrative discipline of a standard educational institution largely depend on the timely fulfillment of financial commitments. Following the regulation of clearing monthly fees by the 10th ensures the continuous development of the school and the excellence of our services. It is deeply regrettable that despite four months passing and the First Term Examination approaching on 26/04/2026, some dues remain outstanding. To maintain the overall discipline and ensure successful exam management, please follow the instructions below:

All outstanding dues up to April 2026 must be cleared by 23/04/2026 to collect the Admit Card. For management purposes, no Admit Cards will be issued after April 23.

Please be noted that, while exceptions were made on humanitarian grounds in the past, for the sake of institutional discipline, no student will be allowed to sit for the exam without clearing dues and obtaining an Admit Card this year.

We earnestly request parents not to approach or embarrass the authority after April 23rd or during the examination days regarding payment issues. We trust you will fulfill your responsibilities to ensure your child’s uninterrupted education and the progress of the school. Best regards,
